The cciMB 2018 has commissioned the French composer Jean-Dominique Krynen to write a piece for guitar that will be played by the participants of the competition. The composition, Cantar de mio Cid n° 3, is the final movement of a Sonata written for and dedicated to the French Master of the guitar Gérard Abiton as well as to the master of Andalusian poetry Antonio Carvajal. The score will be available to participants upon completing their application.
